By using Tefsen, you agree to use our website, apps, and services responsibly and legally.

Use of Services

Tefsen is a social app for sharing thoughts publicly through text-only posts. It does not offer private chats or direct messages, voice or video calls, or photo/image sharing in posts. Users may optionally add a profile photo; this is separate from post sharing. You agree not to misuse the platform or interfere with its security or availability.

Public Posts and Your Responsibilities

Text posts, comments, links, usernames, biographies, and profile photos may be visible to other people. You are responsible for content you publish and must have the rights to share it. Do not post passwords, student ID numbers, financial information, private contact information, or confidential documents. Others may capture or redistribute public content outside Tefsen.

Community Rules and Prohibited Content

Tefsen does not allow harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, incitement to violence, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual blackmail involving children, doxxing, impersonation, fraud, scams, spam, malware, copyright infringement, or other unlawful content or behavior. Do not use Tefsen to coordinate abuse or to evade moderation decisions. Respect others' privacy and intellectual property rights.

Reports and Moderation

To report a public post, use its options menu and the available report feature, or email support@tefsen.com with the public post link and a brief explanation. Never send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information with a report. Tefsen may review, restrict visibility of, or remove content and suspend or limit accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect users or comply with law. Reports are handled according to available moderation resources and the seriousness of the concern.

Information and Student Experiences

Public thoughts, academic answers, shared news and student experiences are user-generated content and should not be treated as official, professional or verified guidance. Check university information, eligibility, application deadlines and news against primary sources before acting.

Child Safety

Tefsen prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and sexual blackmail involving children. These rules apply to public text posts, profiles, optional profile photos, links, and interactions. Our Child Safety Standards form part of these terms and explain how to report concerns and how violations are handled.

Student Plus and Subscriptions

Optional purchases are managed through Google Play, subject to the plan details presented there. Deleting a Tefsen account does not automatically cancel a subscription; cancellation must be completed separately through Google Play.

Privacy, Deletion and Service Changes

Read our Privacy Policy to understand data handling and account-deletion information to request account removal. We may improve, suspend or discontinue features when necessary and will update these terms when our services or requirements change.
