Child Safety
Standards
Tefsen prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in every part of its service.
Effective date:
01 / Our standards
Tefsen is a social app for sharing thoughts publicly through text-only posts. It does not offer private chats or direct messages, voice or video calls, or photo/image sharing in posts. Users may optionally add a profile photo; this is separate from post sharing.
These rules apply to the Tefsen social app and its services, including text posts, profiles, usernames, profile images, links, and user interactions. A child means anyone under 18 for these standards.
Users must not create, share, request, promote, or facilitate:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including exploitative imagery or links that give access to it.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation, or sexual exploitation of a child.
- Sexual blackmail (sextortion), child trafficking, or attempts to arrange abuse.
- Sexualized content involving children, or conduct that encourages or enables their abuse.
These prohibitions apply even when conduct involves text alone or directs people to another service.
02 / Report a concern
Use Tefsen's in-app post or user reporting feature to flag a concern. You can also contact developer@tefsen.com with the subject “Tefsen Child Safety Report”.
Include the username, post reference or link, and a brief explanation so the content or account can be located. Do not download, copy, or attach suspected CSAM to a report.
If a child faces immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or law enforcement directly. Tefsen is not an emergency service.
03 / Response and enforcement
Tefsen's response standard is to review child safety reports promptly, restrict access to violating content, and suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on our service, we will remove it or disable access and take the steps required by applicable law.
Our escalation procedure is to refer confirmed CSAM to the relevant regional authority or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as applicable. Relevant records must be handled securely, with access limited to authorized people, and preserved or disclosed only as required or permitted by law.
Tefsen is committed to following applicable child safety laws and cooperating with lawful requests from competent authorities.
