Clear deletion controls
Remove supported public text posts or your profile photo, or send a verified request for full account deletion.
Request permanent account deletion
Tefsen Web does not perform full account deletion as an immediate one-click browser action. To request permanent deletion of your Tefsen account and associated personal data, send a request to support@tefsen.com.
For faster identification, send the request from your account email when possible, or include the email address or username connected to the account. Tefsen may ask for additional information to verify that the request comes from the account owner.
Never send your password, one-time code, recovery code, or authentication token.

Supported self-service controls are separate from full account deletion and do not require a deletion request.
Delete your post
- Open Tefsen and go to the post you created.
- Open the post options menu.
- Select Delete Post and confirm.
- Public posts in the current text-first composer contain text only. Legacy Web attachments, if any, are handled through their applicable removal process.
Remove your profile photo
- Open your own public profile.
- Choose Edit profile.
- Select Remove current photo and confirm.
- Your public profile returns to initials after the photo is removed.
Data covered by an account-deletion request
When a verified account-deletion request is completed, Tefsen removes or deletes associated personal information from active systems where reasonably and technically possible.
- Account and profile information such as name, email address, username and user ID.
- Profile photo, verification uploads and any remaining legacy Web attachments associated with the account.
- User-created public text posts and comments or replies, including older questions or answers where applicable.
- Nonpublic account data and verification-related information associated with the account, including legacy planning data if it exists.
Data we may retain
Some limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, payment records, moderation safety, or where data has been anonymized and can no longer identify a user.
Tefsen aims to process verified account-deletion requests within 30 days. Some limited records may be retained longer when required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment processing or community-safety obligations.
Google Play subscription note
Deleting your Tefsen account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. If you no longer want renewal charges, cancel the subscription separately in Google Play before or after sending your Tefsen deletion request.
