Delete your Tefsen account

You can request permanent deletion of your Tefsen account and associated personal data. Send an email using the button below and include the email address or username connected to your Tefsen account.

Request account deletion

Delete posts and photos without deleting your account

Users can delete their own posts and uploaded photos directly inside the Tefsen app. No developer approval is required for deleting your own posts or photos.

Delete a post

Open the Tefsen app.
Go to your profile or the post you created.
Tap the post options menu.
Select Delete Post and confirm.

Delete uploaded photos

Open the post or profile item that contains the photo.
Use the delete option available for your own content.
After deletion, the content will no longer be shown in the app.

Data that may be deleted

Account profile information such as name, email address, user ID, and address.
Profile photo and uploaded photos.
User-created posts, comments, questions, and answers where deletion is technically possible.
Verification-related profile information connected to your Tefsen account.

Data we may retain

Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, payment records, moderation safety, or where data has been anonymized and can no longer identify a user.

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days. Some records may be kept longer if required by law or platform safety requirements.

Subscription note

If you purchased a Tefsen subscription through Google Play, deleting your Tefsen account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. You should cancel the subscription from your Google Play account if you no longer want to be charged.
