Delete your Tefsen account
You can request deletion of your Tefsen account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what data is deleted, what data may be retained, and how long the process may take.
How to request account deletion
Send an email to support@tefsen.com with the subject line:
Tefsen Account Deletion Request
Please include the email address or username connected to your Tefsen account so we can identify the account.
Data we delete
- Account profile information
- Name, username, and email address
- Profile photo, if uploaded
- School or university profile details
- Posts, questions, comments, and answers where deletion is technically possible
- Verification-related profile information
Data we may retain
- Records required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance
- Payment or subscription records handled by Google Play, where required
- Moderation logs needed to keep the community safe
- Anonymous or aggregated data that no longer identifies you
Deletion timeline
We aim to process account deletion requests within 30 days. Some limited records may be retained for a longer period where required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or payment processing requirements.
Subscription note
If you purchased a Tefsen subscription through Google Play, deleting your Tefsen account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. You should cancel the subscription from your Google Play account if you no longer want to be charged.
